HOW CAN I CONTACT LULL? You can email us at contact@wearlull.com where our customer service team will be happy to help you with whatever you need.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to Canada, the EU, the UK, Australia, or other countries at this time.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? We ship from fulfillment partner warehouses to ensure fast delivery to U.S. customers.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? We aim to process orders as fast as possible, so you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this window will be denied. If you change your mind after that, your order can still be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, even if you've worn it.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED? All orders are handled and shipped out Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the order date. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons. We do not ship on weekends.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Most U.S. orders arrive in 5 to 9 business days from the date of shipment.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER? If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at contact@wearlull.com with your order number.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? Please email us at contact@wearlull.com with your order number and reason for return. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, even if you've worn it. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED? Please contact us at contact@wearlull.com if you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or damaged. Include your order number and photographs or a short video of the issue. We will resolve your case as quickly as possible with a free replacement or full refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? Approved refunds are credited to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Refunds to credit or debit cards are sent to the card-issuing bank, which may take additional time to post to your account. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at contact@wearlull.com.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE LULL BRA? It's a wire-free bra built around comfort and shape. A soft jelly band replaces the underwire, a hammock support panel lifts and holds, and the smoothing U-back keeps everything in place. The bra you forget you're even wearing.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR BRA? No wires. The jelly band sits flat against your ribcage for support without the dig, and the hammock panel does the lifting a wire normally would. You get the silhouette. You skip the wire.

HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK? The bra comes in sizes S through 6XL. Check the size guide on the product page before ordering, and measure yourself if you are unsure between sizes. The 7-row hook closure and adjustable straps give you room to fine-tune the fit.

WHAT IS IT MADE OF? 75% polyamide and 25% spandex, for a smooth stretch that moves with you. It includes removable pads so you can wear it with or without.

WILL IT SHOW UNDER CLOTHES? No. The deep V neckline and smooth fabric are designed to stay invisible under everything, from t-shirts to lower-cut tops.

CAN I WEAR IT ALL DAY? Yes. It's made for all-day wear. The wire-free band and U-back are designed to stay comfortable from morning to night.

HOW DO I CARE FOR IT? Follow the care instructions on the label. We recommend hand washing or a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, and air drying to keep the shape and stretch. Improper washing or drying may damage the bra.

WHAT COLORS DOES IT COME IN? Black and Tan.
