REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
You can return your bra even if you've worn it. No forms. No restocking fees.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at contact@wearlull.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item or wrong size. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Your choice.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Items with visible damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Gift cards
- Bulk wholesale orders (contact us for separate terms)
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to request a refund on your original order. Once approved, place a new order.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This is in addition to our 30-day return window. The same return process described above applies.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, email us at contact@wearlull.com.
