WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
International orders: shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

During major sales, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 5 to 9 business days after shipping.
International: 10 to 25 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and are determined by the customs authority of your country.

Lull is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If a package is refused at customs or returned for unpaid duties, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at contact@wearlull.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before shipping. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Look around your delivery location for the package
3. Contact your local post office or carrier
4. Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered prematurely

If after these steps you still cannot locate your package, contact us at contact@wearlull.com with your order number, and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

For damaged packages, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the product itself. We will replace any item that arrives with shipping damage at no cost to you.

If your item arrives without shipping damage but you discover a manufacturing defect after unboxing, please contact us within the 30-day return window with photos or a short video of the issue. We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund. Your choice.
