Step 1, your band. Run a tape around your ribcage directly under the bust, snug and level, on a breath out.
Step 2, your bust. Bend forward 45 degrees and measure around the fullest part.
Between two bands? Take the smaller band for a firmer hold. It runs true to size.

That is what the longline shape is for. The band is wide, sits low on your ribs and has boning at the sides, so the weight is carried around your body rather than hanging off the cups. There is also an anti-slip lining along the top edge. It needs to be snug to work — a loose band is what makes any strapless bra slide.
Does it roll down when I sit?
The side boning is there to stop exactly that. It holds the band flat through the middle instead of letting it fold over when you bend or sit down.
Can I wear it with straps?
