How to measure
Run a tape measure around your ribcage, directly under the bust, on a breath out, level and snug. That number is your band. Measure again around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape level. The difference between the two, in inches, is your cup: 3 is a C, 4 a D, 5 a DD, 6 a DDD, 7 a G, 8 an H, 9 an I.
Between two sizes? Take the larger one — the lace has stretch and the band loosens with wear.

Will it actually hold me up?
Yes. There is an underwire, a high centre panel that keeps each side separated, and a wide band underneath doing most of the work. It is a minimiser, so the shape it gives you is lifted and slightly smaller rather than pushed up.
Will I spill out of the top of it?
That is the part it is built for. The lace comes up higher across the top edge than most lace bras and the cup is full coverage, so you can bend forward without anything coming over the top or out the side.
Is the lace itchy?
The lace is backed in a soft mesh lining, so the lace itself is not against your skin. It is a stretchy, soft lace rather than a stiff one.
Is it see-through?
