How to measure
Run a tape measure around your ribcage, directly under the bust, on a breath out, level and snug. That number is your band. Measure again around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape level. The difference between the two, in inches, is your cup: 3 is a C, 4 a D, 5 a DD, 6 a DDD, 7 a G, 8 an H, 9 an I.
Between two sizes? Take the smaller band. A strapless bra is held up by the band, so it needs to be snug — loose is what makes one slide down.

Does it roll down when I sit?
