Go by your band number, not your weight. Your size is set by the measurement around your ribcage, directly under the bust. Find that number across the top. Whatever your cup, the band number is what picks your size.
A 38 band is a 3XL even if your weight suggests something smaller. This is the single most common sizing mistake, and it is why a bra arrives too tight.
This bra is made from a 30 to a 44 band, in cups C to DD. If you measure above 44 under the bust, or wear a DDD, F, G or H cup, it will not fit you and we would rather tell you now than take your money.

Run a tape measure around your ribcage, directly under the bust, on a breath out. Keep it level and snug. That number is your band, and it is the number that decides your size.
No tape? Use the band number from a bra you already own and wear comfortably.
